Ingredients

  • 2 cans French-style green beans
  • dash of salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can French fried onions
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook the green beans in boiling water with a dash of salt for about 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Add the margarine to the cooked beans and stir until melted.
  3. Place a layer of beans in the casserole dish.
  4. Spread a layer of cream of mushroom soup over the beans.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of French fried onions on top.
  6. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used.
  7. Bake the casserole at 325°F for 20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
