Bean Medley

Ingredients

  • 1 can red beans, drained
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can white beans, drained
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained
  • 1½ cups brown sugar
  • 1+ cup salsa
  • Onion, chopped and sauteed

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a pan and heat on stove until heated through.
  2. Alternatively, transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish and bake at 350°F until bubbly and thickened.
