- Preheat the oven to 375° to 400° F.
- In a skillet, brown the hamburger until fully cooked.
- Rinse the can of bean sprouts well under cold water and drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked hamburger, rinsed bean sprouts, water, rice, cream of chicken soup, and mushroom soup.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour and a half (90 minutes).
