Ingredients

  • 1 can pinto or red beans
  • 1/4 or 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 teaspoons taco powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 squished garlic clove
  • preferred taco toppings

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the beans.
  2. Add the chopped onion, taco powder, ground cumin, and minced garlic to the mashed beans.
  3. Fry the mixture in a pan until tender.
  4. Cook until the mixture thickens and is heated through.
