Ingredients

  • 12 tortillas
  • refried beans
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 3 to 4 tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. cheese
  • oil
  • avocado

Instructions

  1. Put oil in a pan and heat until hot.
  2. Fry each tortilla until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels to reduce greasiness.
  3. Layer refried beans, chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced avocado (if desired) on each crispy tortilla.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
