Beans So Good

Ingredients

  • fresh cooked or canned beans
  • 1 can biscuits
  • sweet onion
  • sweet pepper (optional)
  • wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place beans in a deep baking dish, not quite filled.
  2. Put thinly sliced onion and sweet pepper on top of beans.
  3. Put biscuits on top of this in a circle and bake until hot and bubbly and until bread is done, about 25 minutes.
