Ingredients

  • few slices tender beef (1/2-inch)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • flour

Instructions

  1. Season the beef slices with salt, black pepper, and garlic.
  2. In a soup plate, beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.
  3. Place flour and bread crumbs in separate plates.
  4. Dredge each beef slice first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in bread crumbs.
  5. Deep fry the breaded beef slices in enough oil to cover them over medium heat until golden brown and cooked inside.
  6. Remove the fried beef slices and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  7. Arrange the beef slices neatly and serve.
