Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey or beef
  • 1 (16 oz) can baked beans
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 canister refrigerator biscuits
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the ground meat.
  2. Stir in baked beans, ketchup, minced onion, mustard, and salt.
  3. Spray a cookie sheet with vegetable spray.
  4. Press refrigerator biscuits out to 1/8 inch thick using the bottom of a glass.
  5. Spoon 1/3 cup of beef mixture onto each biscuit and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 15 to 18 minutes until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
