- Brown and drain the ground meat.
- Stir in baked beans, ketchup, minced onion, mustard, and salt.
- Spray a cookie sheet with vegetable spray.
- Press refrigerator biscuits out to 1/8 inch thick using the bottom of a glass.
- Spoon 1/3 cup of beef mixture onto each biscuit and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 to 18 minutes until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
