Crispy beef chimichangas with seasoned hamburger and melted cheddar wrapped in tortillas, perfect for a flavorful, quick, and satisfying meal for any beef lover.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Healthy Choice hamburger
  • 8 oz. nonfat Cheddar cheese
  • 8 low-fat tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the hamburger.
  2. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with Pam butter-flavored vegetable spray.
  3. Place 1 ounce of Cheddar cheese and 1/8 of the cooked hamburger in a tortilla and roll up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas on the prepared cookie sheet.
  5. Repeat until all 8 tortillas are filled and placed on the baking sheet.
  6. Spray Pam over all exposed areas of the tortillas.
  7. Bake in a 375°F oven until crisp.
