Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. steak, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Brown the steak in a little salad oil.
  2. Place the browned steak into a large casserole dish.
  3. Add chopped celery, chopped onions, cream of celery soup, canned mushrooms, and hot water to the casserole.
  4. Bake in a 325°F oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
