Beef Dip For Chips

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. green chili peppers
  • 2 diced tomatoes or 1 large can tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 lb. shredded Cheddar
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cream the cream cheese and milk.
  2. Spread in a 2-inch serving dish.
  3. Brown ground beef and taco seasoning.
  4. Spread over cheese mixture.
  5. Mix onion, tomatoes and green chilies.
  6. Spread over meat.
  7. Sprinkle cheese over top.
