- Roll beef cubes in flour.
- Saute in vegetable oil until browned.
- Place browned beef in a casserole dish.
- Fry onions until golden and add to the casserole.
- Add parsley flakes, basil, oregano, beer, salt, and pepper to the casserole.
- Spread prepared mustard on both sides of bread slices.
- Place bread on top of the ingredients in the casserole.
- Cover and bake at 275°F (135°C) for about 3 hours.
