Crispy beef eggrolls filled with savory ground beef, cabbage, and bean sprouts, perfect as an appetizer or snack for gatherings or casual meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 package eggroll wrappers
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 medium cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bottle soy sauce
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat from the beef.
  3. Drain bean sprouts and add them to the meat.
  4. Add shredded cabbage and about half of the soy sauce or to taste.
  5. Cook until the cabbage just begins to wilt.
  6. Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer.
  7. Follow instructions on eggroll wrappers to fold them properly.
  8. Fry the eggrolls until they are golden brown.
