- Brown ground beef in a large skillet.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Drain bean sprouts and add them to the meat.
- Add shredded cabbage and about half of the soy sauce or to taste.
- Cook until the cabbage just begins to wilt.

- Follow instructions on eggroll wrappers to fold them properly.
- Fry the eggrolls until they are golden brown.
