Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. dry beef, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped, stuffed green olives

Instructions

  1. Mix sherry and minced onion and let stand.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with chopped dry beef, chopped stuffed green olives, and mayonnaise.
  3. Fold in the sherry/onion mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Serve the spread with rye crackers.
