Beef Oven Rice
A hearty oven-baked beef and rice dish featuring tender sirloin strips in a savory tomato and onion sauce, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or family meals.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Shake flour in a 14 x 20-inch oven bag. Place the bag in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Add undrained tomatoes, onion soup mix, water, and pepper to the bag.
- Squeeze the bag to blend the ingredients.
- Add beef sirloin strips to the bag.
- Turn the bag to coat the beef with the sauce. Arrange ingredients in an even layer.
- Close and tie the bag.
- Cut 6 slits in the top of the bag.
- Bake until the beef is tender, about 40 to 45 minutes.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
