Ingredients

  • 2 lb beef cubes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • flour
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, pepper, and flour together and coat the beef cubes with this mixture.
  2. Brown the beef cubes in a small amount of oil.
  3. Add beef bouillon cubes and 2 teaspoons onion flakes and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Check seasoning to taste after 30 minutes.
  5. Add flour if necessary to thicken the gravy.
  6. Add Kitchen Bouquet to the gravy.
  7. Cook egg noodles as directed on the package and drain.
  8. Add butter to the noodles and mix through.
  9. Serve the noodles topped with the meat and gravy.
