Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook and stir ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet until the meat is browned.
  3. Drain off excess fat.
  4. Stir in salt, pepper, drained green beans, and condensed tomato soup.
  5. Pour the mixture into an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Prepare Potato Buds according to the package directions.
  7. Spoon the prepared potatoes onto the meat mixture in four mounds.
  8. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
