Beef Pie Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pat meat mixture into bottom and sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Pinch 1 inch fluting around edge.
  4. Set aside.
