  • 2 c. lean pork
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
  • pinch of lemon pepper
  • 1/2 c. V-8 juice

Instructions

  2. Remove the meat from the cooker, allow it to cool, then shred.
