Ingredients

  • 1 round bone or chuck roast, 2 1/2-inches thick
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
  • 6 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup

Instructions

  1. Place the meat in a shallow glass container.
  2. Saute garlic in oil; then blend in dry mustard, soy sauce, crushed rosemary, cider vinegar, Worcestershire, and catsup to create the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the roast.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. Cook the roast on a grill, turning frequently, and baste with the marinade for 35 to 40 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
