Ingredients

  • 3 lb. beef shoulder roast
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 sticks celery

Instructions

  1. Put beef shoulder in a pan and heat oven to 400°.
  2. Peel onion and cut it up; cut up carrots.
  3. Peel and cut up potatoes. Wash and cut up celery sticks.
  4. Put all vegetables in a large pan, cover with Reynolds wrap, and cook for 3 1/2 hours.
