Ingredients

  • 32 oz. water
  • 1 lb. beef cut for stew
  • 1 tsp meat tenderizer
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp basil
  • 1-1/2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef stew on low for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Add the chopped potatoes and small carrots to the stew.
  3. Add any other vegetables you would like.
  4. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Top the stew with drop biscuits before serving.
