Ingredients

  • 1 lb. tenderloin tips
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Accent
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • flour

Instructions

  1. Brown the tenderloin tips in a skillet.
  2. In a separate pan, brown the flour in butter or margarine.
  3. Add red wine and vinegar to the meat juices from browning the meat.
  4. Make a brown sauce using the browned flour and meat juices.
  5. Add the browned beef tips to the sauce, along with seasonings and mushrooms.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream.
  7. Serve the beef stroganoff over cooked noodles or toast points.
