Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. tenderizer
  • 1 to 2 cans corn
  • 1 to 2 tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Put ground beef with tenderizer in a pan with oil; fry until cooked.
  2. Drain fat and add onion, corn, tomatoes, salt and pepper; cook until everything is tender.
