Ingredients

  • 16 oz. beef broth
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 lb. hot Italian sausage
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes with garlic
  • 1 package lima beans
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the chopped celery, onions, and hot Italian sausage in a small amount of oil until cooked through.
  2. Cut the cooked sausage into 1/2-inch pieces.
  3. Put all ingredients into a large pan and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy.
