Beefed Up Biscuits Casserole

Instructions
- Fry hamburger, chopped onion, and chopped mango in a skillet.
- Drain excess grease from the meat mixture.
- Stir in tomato sauce and chili powder; simmer the mixture.
- Place 5 biscuits on the bottom of an ungreased baking pan and spread them out.
- In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup grated cheese and the beaten egg.
- Mix the cheese and egg mixture well.
- Remove the meat mixture from heat and stir in the cheese and egg mixture.
- Spoon the meat mixture over the biscuits in the pan.
- Spread the remaining biscuits over the top of the meat mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
