Ingredients

  • 2 oz. jar chipped dried beef
  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Place dried beef in a baking dish.
  2. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry.
  3. Wrap each chicken breast with one slice of bacon.
  4. Arrange the wrapped chicken breasts in the prepared dish.
  5. Combine sour cream and cream of mushroom soup in a bowl and mix well.
  6. Pour the sour cream and mushroom soup mixture over the chicken breasts.
  7. Bake at 275°F (135°C) for 4 hours.
