Ingredients

  • 4 T-bone steaks
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large green pepper
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mushrooms
  • 1 large can beer

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the beer.
  2. Chop the onion, green pepper, and mushrooms.
  3. Set aside the chopped vegetables.
  4. Add the T-bone steaks to the skillet.
  5. Cook on high until the juices run out, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Add the chopped onion, green pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet.
  7. Reduce the heat.
  8. Cover and let cook until the beer evaporates.
  9. Serve the beer steak hot.
