  • 1/2 cup light cream

  4. Knead the dough lightly on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough to a 1/2-inch thickness.
  6. Cut the dough into small triangles or rounds.
  7. Place the cut scones on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake in a hot oven at 450°F (230°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, or until light brown.
