Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup oleo melted
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can cherry pie filling chilled

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted oleo.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9-inch spring-form pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy.
  4. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
  7. Bake at 300°F for 50 to 55 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Cool the cheesecake and then chill.
  9. Top with chilled cherry pie filling and refrigerate before serving.
