Temptation Pie

Ingredients
- 1 (9 oz.) graham cracker crust (deep dish) ⓘ
- 1 c. boiling water ⓘ
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin ⓘ
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 c. vanilla ice cream
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip ⓘ
- 16 oz. well drained crushed pineapple ⓘ
- 2 c. mini marshmallows ⓘ
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans ⓘ
- 1/4 c. well drained halved maraschino cherries ⓘ
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add ice cream and mix until dissolved.
- Refrigerate until slightly thickened, approximately 30 minutes.
- Fold in crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, chopped pecans, and halved maraschino cherries.
- Pour mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
- Garnish with sliced kiwi fruit.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
