- Measure and mix together dry ingredients.
- Cream margarine and sugar together.
- Add eggs and vanilla to creamed mixture.
- Stir in mashed bananas.
- Fold in dry ingredients and nuts.
- Fill well-greased pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch) about half full.
- Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Remove from pan.
- Cool on rack.
- This bread freezes well.
