Ingredients
Instructions
- Mix rice and beans together; spread along the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
- Sprinkle mixture with Jack cheese.
- Cover with tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle chips with Cheddar cheese.
- Top cheese with olives.
- Bake in oven at 350° until all is heated.
- Mash avocados and serve with salsa.
- Can use refried beans instead of black beans (optional).
