  • 1/2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp. frozen chopped chives, thawed

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • chopped green onion (optional)
