- Cream Crisco and sugar; add eggs, beating well after each one. Measure dry ingredients together and add flour mixture, alternating with milk.
- Add flavoring.
- Add chocolate chips and nuts, mixing well with a wooden spoon.
- Spray tube pan with Pam. Put into a cold oven and bake for 90 minutes in a 325° oven.
