Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2.5 oz English walnuts
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, chopped walnuts, and margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together sugar and cream cheese.
  4. Fold in half of the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust.
  6. Prepare the pudding according to the box directions and layer it on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Add the remaining Cool Whip on top and refrigerate until cool.
