Ingredients

  • 1 round green cabbage
  • 2 c. cheese bits (cut Cheddar or Hord cheese)
  • 2 c. pickles (any type)
  • 1 box toothpicks
  • 1 c. green peppers
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 c. celery slices

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the outer leaves of the cabbage.
  2. Cut the center flat and set the cabbage on a large platter.
  3. Arrange and pierce layer by layer, bits of cheese, olives, and vegetables with toothpicks to form a crown of appetizers.
