Ingredients

  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped rose geranium leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, sugar, and eggs in a bowl.
  2. Combine flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  3. Add the flour mixture alternately with evaporated milk to the oil mixture, mixing well.
  4. Stir in the finely chopped rose geranium leaves.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased tube pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
