- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Stir water into Bisquick to make a soft dough.
- Gently smooth dough into a ball on a floured cloth-covered board; knead 5 times.
- Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Spread half of the soft butter over half of the dough; fold over and spread remaining butter over the other half of the dough.
- Fold the dough in half; roll to 1/2-inch thickness.
- Cut with a floured 2-inch cutter.
- Place 2 biscuits, cut side up, in each ungreased muffin cup.
- Bake for about 10 minutes.
