Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soft solid shortening
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  2. Add shortening and mix well until crumbly.
  3. Add milk and knead the dough with your hands until smooth.
  4. If the dough is sticky, add a little more flour and knead again.
  5. Shape into biscuits and bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 15 minutes or until golden.
