Bisquick Tuna Pie
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) can tuna in water, drained ⓘ
- 1/3 cup celery, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 2 cups cheese, cheddar, shredded ⓘ
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups milk ⓘ
- 4 eggs ⓘ
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 1 garlic clove, crushed ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F Grease a 10" pie plate, Layer tuna, celery, cheese and onions into plate.
- Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender. Pour into pie plate.
- Bake till golden brown or knife inserted in centre comes out clean (about 40 minutes).
- Cool 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
