Ingredients

  • 3 c. grated zucchini
  • 1 c. Bisquick (light)
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 light Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry oregano or marjoram
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. Puritan oil
  • 8 egg whites or 4 egg substitutes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients; pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for approximately 25 minutes or until brown.
