  1. Mix the yellow cake mix and butter with a mixer until crumbly.
  2. Press the mixture into an oblong pan to form the base.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, pecans, Bit O' Brickle bits, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Blend the mixture well until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture over the prepared cake base and spread evenly.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit until the edges are browned and the top is slightly browned.
  7. Allow to cool; the center will be loose but will set when cooled.
  8. Slice into squares and serve.
