Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup finely shredded cheese
  • 3/4 cup finely shredded carrots
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, shredded carrots, and honey in a bowl.
  2. Cover and chill the mixture for 1 hour.
  3. Shape the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls and roll each in chopped pecans.
  4. Cover and chill the cheese balls again.
  5. To serve, insert a pretzel into each cheese ball.
