Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Kraft shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 (10-inch) flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers, sour cream, and onion salt in a small mixing bowl at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Place black beans in a food processor or blender container; process until smooth.
  3. Spread a thin layer of black beans onto each tortilla; then spread the cheese mixture over the beans.
  4. Roll each tortilla up tightly.
  5. Chill the rolled tortillas for 30 minutes.
  6. Cut each rolled tortilla into 1/2-inch slices.
  7. Serve with salsa.
