Instructions
- Mash drained kidney or pink beans.
- Saute chopped tomatoes, green bell peppers, onions, green chilies, garlic, and salt in oil until thoroughly heated.
- Add the mashed beans, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and hot pepper sauce to the sautéed mixture; mix well.
