A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad featuring sweet black cherries, pineapple, bananas, coconut, and crunchy walnuts, perfect for a light dessert or summer gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 can black pitted cherries
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 can coconut or 1/2 plastic package
  • 2 or 3 bananas
  • chopped walnuts
  • 4 oz. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from cherries and save.
  2. Mix the drained cherries, pineapple tidbits, coconut, and chopped walnuts in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing with softened cream cheese.
  4. Add bananas to the salad just before serving and toss gently.
