Blender Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 c. oleo
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except coconut and blend for 3 minutes.
  2. Spray a large pie plate with Pam. Pour mixture into the plate and allow it to set.
  3. Sprinkle coconut on top.
  4. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes without preheating the oven.
