Ingredients

  • 13 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine evaporated milk, sugar, flour, eggs, butter, vanilla, and nutmeg in a blender.
  3. Blend at medium speed until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a heavily greased and floured 10-inch pie plate.
  5. Sprinkle nutmeg over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, until the custard is set.
