Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or pork
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup Bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package bacon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Make into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Cut bacon slices in half and wrap each slice around a meatball.
  4. Hold together with a toothpick.
  5. Bake in a 400°F oven for 30 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.
  6. Remove toothpicks and serve hot.
